Estudo de Dinâmica Molecular da Reação do Intermediário Criegee CH2OO com o NO2 sob Efeito da Temperatura
Resumo
Neste trabalho foram realizadas simulações computacionais da interação do intermediário Criegee CH2OO com o NO2, utilizando o modelo teórico da Dinâmica Molecular de Car-Parrinello, em temperaturas de 100 K, 300 K e 500 K. Através dos resultados obtidos, para as três temperaturas, foi possível observar a formação de novas moléculas. Os produtos são estáveis e diferentes, para cada temperatura, o que está diretamente associado ao efeito desta. Os comprimentos de ligação foram avaliados em termos do tempo médio de residência e demonstraram a formação das novas ligações.
