Abstract

The primary aluminum production sector in Brazil has great economic value. The objective of this was to develop a systematic bibliographic review, to report the feasibility in the use of high energy grinding processes and powder metallurgy as an alternative for recycling aluminum and its alloys. Searches were limited to 20 years, based on Science Direct and Web of Science, and through the StArt tool, it was divided into 3 filters. It was determined the importance of the studied processes in producing secondary materials with properties similar to those of the primary ones, becoming productive, economical and sustainable chains.
